Account and Data Deletion Policy — Comexcel

If you are a user of the Comexcel service and wish to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To initiate account deletion, please:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: Account Deletion Request
2. Include the following details in your message:
   • The email address or phone number linked to your Comexcel account
   • The name of the app or service you are using
   • (Optional) Reason for your request

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request is verified, Comexcel will delete:

• Your user account
• All personal data (such as name, email address, phone number)
• All usage data linked to your account within the application

Some data may be retained temporarily in accordance with applicable laws and system backup policies.

Data Retention Policy

Most data is deleted immediately after processing your request. However, for legal, security, or operational reasons, certain data (such as logs or backups) may be kept for up to 30 days after account deletion.
