How long we retain your data

Our application accesses Gmail message metadata, email addresses, message headers, message content, attachments, and mailbox change notifications only after the user explicitly authorizes access.
This data is used solely to provide user-facing email functionality within the CRM, including displaying incoming messages, synchronizing mailbox activity, and sending messages and replies on behalf of the authenticated user.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to data brokers, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Access to Google user data is restricted to authorized users and authorized service providers necessary to operate the application. Data is protected using encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and other appropriate security measures.
Users may disconnect their Google account and request deletion of stored Google user data by contacting [support email]. Google user data is deleted in accordance with our documented retention and deletion procedures.
Comexcel Messenger’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
